Reservation, payment and cancellation terms

RESERVATION

  • All petitions must be made by e-mail (reservas@foodieteca.com) or through the web form. The telephone service is for enquires related to events. Phone petitions cannot be accepted. 
  • To book a specific date a deposit of 75% is required, as well as the signed accepted quote sent by email.
  • The organization of cooking workshops is closed 72 hours in advance. After the closure it is not possible to make menu changes and we can not consider new alergies/intolerances/diets.  Cancellations occurred during the 72 hours prior to the event are not reimbursable or interchangeable for other products or services.
  • The organization of cocktail events is closed 7 days in advance. After the closure it is not possible to make menu changes and we can not consider new alergies/intolerances/diets (although we will do everything possible to offer alternatives).  Cancellations occurred during the 7 days prior to the event are not reimbursable or interchangeable for other products or services.
  • The service contract includes an inspection visit of 30 minutes. Additional visits have an additional cost.

PAYMENT

  • Payment can be made by bank transfer (IBAN: ES71 0081 4128 7900 0126 8132) or credit card (the client needs to ask for the corresponding link to add the card information in our payment platform).
  • To register the payment by bank transfer you must sent the proof of payment by e-mail. 
  • The pending amoung must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the event (by bank transfer or credit card), so the total amount have been paid before the event. We do not accept cash or credit card payments at the venue.
  • If you hire additional services during the event (additional hours, drinks, etc.), the corresponding payment must be done by bank transfer or credit card on the first working day after the event.

CANCELLATION

  • The absences/cancellations communicated less than 3 days in advance in the case of the cooking workshops, or 7 days in advance in the case of cocktail-type events, are not reimbursable or interchangeable for other products or services.
  • EVENT CANCELLATION:
    • More than 60 days in advance: 100% deposit refund
    • Between 30 and 59 days in advance: 75% deposit refund
    • Between 15 and 29 days in advance: 50% deposit refund
    • Between 7 and 14 days in advance: 30% deposit refund
    • Less than 7 days in advance: non-refundable deposit

DATE CHANGES

If for any reason you need to change the date booked for the event, a fee will be applied according to the following:

  • More than 30 days in advance: no fee
  • Between 15 and 29 days in advance: surcharge of 10% over the total amount
  • Between 7 and 194 days in advance: surcharge of 20% over the total amount
  • Less than 7 days in advance: surcharge of 30% over the total amount

There is no limitation regarding the new selected date, as long as it is established during the same fiscal year as the initial event and the venue is available.
